In 2015 Timashevskiye electric grids, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC (Rosseti group) concluded about 2 thousand contracts on connection of new consumers to the Company’s networks and increase of demanded capacity.

Last year customer service centres and offices provided over 3.1 thousand consolations, concluded 1851 contracts, 961 of which are contracts concluded with new consumers.

Customer service centres and offices are meant to provide a wide range of services to consumer sof electric energy. Timashevskiye electric grids have 5 such centres: in Kalininsky, Primorsko-Akhtarsky, Kanevskoy, Bryukhovetsky districts and in Timashevsk.

Here our customers can obtain information concerning the electricity supply, procedure of getting connected to the networks, prepare and receive documents necessary for technological connection, they can also leave a written application on grid connection an on other services.
