Minister of Energy of RF thanked employees of Kubanenergo for their work in Crimea

On Power Engineer’s Day Aleksandr Valentinovich Novak, the Minister of Energy of Russian Federation, sent a letter of thanks to Aleksandr Ilich Gavrilov, Director General of “Kubanenergo” PJSC for notable work of Kuban specialists in Crimea.

In his letter the Minister said: “On behalf of Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation I thank the employees of “Kubanenergo” PJSC for successful implementation of repair and emergency works to provide reliable power supply of the customers on the territory of Crimea federal district and Sevastopol”.

The Minister noted that high level expertise, effectiveness and right management decisions allowed to solve problems in Crimea.Novak specified: “I’m sure that professional traditions, experience and dedication of “Kubanenergo” PJSC employees in future will influence the development of the southern regions of Russia and increase life level of citizens”.

Work teams of “Kubanenergo” PJSC (“Rosseti” group) were the first who helped workers of power industry of Crimea. Kubanenergo sent 24 emergency repair teams, five work teams on inspection of reserve power supply sources and more than 50 vehicles to help on connection of customers and socially significant facilities. 200 workers in total. For the period of works in Crimea the specialists of Kubanenergo connected more than 340 reserve power supply sources, more than 270 socially significant facilities, inspected more than 520 diesel generators, and 218 electricity-generating units.
