From the beginning of 2015 as part of the repair programme of Public Joint-Stock Company “Kubanenergo” (“Rosseti” group) power engineers have repaired 13 distribution power facilities in the settlements of mountain and touristic region of Adygea: Kamenostotskiy, Krasnooktyabrskiy, Tabachnyi, Udobnyi, Kurdzhipskaya, Groznyi and Tkachyov villages of Maikop district.
Specialists of Adygea electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo, repaired five package transformer substation (KTP) and eight 10-0.4kV overhead power lines.
During repair of overhead power transmission line, power engineers replaced approximately 100 transmission towers and 8 km of bare cable for cable of greater section. Workers of Kubanenergo cleared line route from trees and vegetation of total area 28 hectares.
Power engineers replaced outdated isolators, spark gaps, disconnectors and other power facilities.
To increase the quality of power supply the specialists installed about 200 service drop wires in customers’ houses with a self-supporting insulated conductor (SIP). Self-supporting insulated conductor shows high reliability and secures of power supply. Primary benefits of SIP are exclusion of short circuit caused overlapping of phase wires and random overlapping. Isolation excludes icing, decreases electric losses and operating costs, and excludes the possibility of electric energy stealing.
