Power engineers of Kubanenergo advance in skill at the major universities of the region and Russia

In order to improve the skills and efficiency, the employees of Kubanenergo branches are taking training courses on more than 160 disciplines. Key partners of the Company are the Kuban State Agrarian University, the Kuban State Technological University, Bauman University, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, South-Russian State Technical University named after Plato M.I., Azov-Black Sea State Academy of Agricultural Engineering, and many others.

From the beginning of the year the Company has spent more than half a million rubles for training and advanced training of employees of Krasnodarskiye electric networks, branch of Kubanenergo PJSC.

The necessity in retraining and the sphere of training are determined by the development strategy of the company and the level of professional competence of its employees. Since the beginning of the year about 30 employees of the Krasnodar branch of Kubanenergo have successfully passed professional retraining and training in secondary professions, special courses for workers.

Particular attention is paid to the development Kubanenergo personnel reserve. The Company has special programmes for preparation of succession candidates for managerial positions. The programmes include the following spheres: “Management”, “Chief engineer”, “Dispatcher”, etc. These programmes are arranged at Bauman University.

The advanced training system of Kubanenergo PJSC includes 180 licensed programmes conforming to the requirements of the Russian legislation and government regulatory bodies to the training of workers and electrical specialties.

Kubanenergo cares about the possibility of raising the professional competence of each employee so that they can meet the highest requirements of the electricity sector. For example, in 2014 more than 6.2 thousand employees of the Company (74% of average headcount) attended various training programmes.
