The AGM of Kubanenergo summarized the results of activity in 2014

The annual General meeting of shareholders of “Rosseti” JSC affiliated company – “Kubanenergo” JSC was held in Krasnodar on 10 June 2015. At the meeting the results of operation and financial activities of the Company for 2014 were summarized, new members were elected to the BoD and Auditing Committee, new redrafted Charter of Company was approved. Sergei Sergeev, chairperson of “Kubanenergo” JSC BoD and deputy Director General on capital construction of “Rosseti” JSC; Yuri Mangarov, top advisor of “Rosseti” JSC; Dan Belenkiy, first deputy to Director General on investment activity; Mahmud Tlekhas, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Adygea; Aleksandr Gavrilov, Director General of “Kubanenergo” JSC and shareholders of the Company participated in meeting. In accordance with the agenda, the shareholders of Kubanenergo adopted resolutions on the issues related to approving of the annual report and the accounting annual report, approving of redrafted Charter and internal documents of the Company, electing of Board of Directors, Auditing Committee members and approving of its auditor. Making a presentation of report Aleksandr Gavrilov, Director General of “Kubanenergo” JSC, noted that last year was very important for the Company and Russia because of the Olympic Games in Sochi.

- Holding of the Winter Olympic Games allocated additional responsibility to Kubanenergo for Sochi power district. The Company has carried out an unprecedented by its period of performance and unparalleled in its scope reconstruction of urban networks. We fulfilled all the obligations to ensure uninterrupted power supply of Sochi urban facilities during the Olympic Games. Kubanenergo has updated and developed power supply network of Sochi for many years to come. We also plan to pay attention to the Central, the South-Western power districts and in particular to the Taman Peninsula due to construction of road-rail and power bridges to Kerch, - noted Aleksandr Gavrilov.

By the results of the annual General meeting of shareholders, the shareholders of “Kubanenergo” have elected new composition of th BoD. Mangarov Yuri Nikolaevich, Gavrilov Aleksandr Ilich, Kataev Sergei Mikhailovich, Khokholkova Kseniya Valerievna, Varvarin Aleksandr Viktorovich, Lavrova Marina Aleksandrovna, Terebkov Fyodor Alekseevich, Kharin Andrei Nikolaevich, Kislyakov Anton Mikhailovich, Bogach Yelena Viktorovna and Niyazmetov Artur Kamilovich became members of the Board of Directors. “RSM RUS” LLC was approved as Company’s Auditor. The meeting deceived not to pay divides by the results of 2014. In 2014 Kubanenergo spent more than 9 billion rubles on the investment programme. The Company has put into operation more than 500 MVA of capacity and about 1.5 thousand km of power transmission lines. 375 MVA of capacity and more than thousand kilometers of power transmission lines were commissioned under the Olympic construction programme.

Kubanenergo has established the programme of upgrading and developing the grid facilities of Kuban power system for 2015-2019 (construction of 2500 km of 35-110 kV overhead cable lines, 57 substations of total capacity of 2869 MVA).

In 2014 the Company received applications on technological connection with demanded construction and operation loads from officers responsible for construction of railroad and cable bridges (power bridge) to Kerch. Specified loads amount more than 205 MW.

Development of Temryuk district and Novorossiysk industrial zone are still priority activities in the sphere of technological connections. In 2015 the Company plans to complete the construction of large power facilities under the project “Extension of unified system of gas supply for delivering of gas to the “South Stream” pipeline.

In general, by the results of 2014 Kubanenergo has fulfilled its primary target – provision of reliable power supply to customers and enhancement of Company’s reputation that is of great importance for stable social and economic development of Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea.
