Customer service centres in Slavyansky, Krasnoarmeisky and Temryuksky districts of the Krasnodar region received 600 applications for connection to electric networks over the 1st quarter of 2015. Around 80% of which were the new consumers willing to connect their facilities to networks of Kubanenergo JSC (Rosseti group).
Specialists of Slavaynskiye electric networks (branch of Kubanenergo) concluded 413 contracts on networks connection and increase of demand. Over 200 private houses and businesses were connected to the networks of the branch.
This year specialists of service centres have processed over 2.3 thousand applications related to power supply. Personally and by phone our specialists gave over 1.4 thousand consultations.
Customer service centresof Kubanenergo are operating as one-stop-shop service. Here customers can get information on procedure of connection to electric networks, registration and obtaining documents necessary for connection, as well as file an application on network connection or get complementary services.
