About 400 employees of Adygea branch of Kubanenergo (part of Russian Grids group of companies) completed training, occupational retraining and advanced training in educational institutions of St. Petersburg, Cheboksary and Krasnodar, as well as at training centre of “Kubanenergo” and in Developmental Training Center of Krasnodar in 2014. Training costs amounted about 3 million rubles.

More than 300 technicians and engineers advanced their professional level by completing courses proposed by Kubanenergo: training programme for chief engineer, training programme for dispatcher, training programme on protective relaying and automation, training programme for specialists on development and services selling, my career, as well as studied in Moscow State Technical University named after Bauman N.E.

More than 80 blue collar employees retrained on basic repair and maintenance professions in training centre of “Kubanenergo”. At the expense of the Company the employees improved their skills, and also got second additional profession.
