In 2013 Kubanenergo JSC (part of Russian Grids group of companies) concluded more than one thousand contracts on technological connection to electric grids on the territory of Armaviskiy distribution zone, with the total capacity of energy receiving devices less than 15 thousand kWh.

In total specialists of clients’ service centre of Kubanenergo branch Armaviskiye electric grids receiving about 1300 applications on technological connection.

 50% of issues the applicants addressed with were related with transmission of electric energy, 25% of applications were on possibility of technological connection to electric grids, more than 20% - metering devices.  Also our customers applied for assistance in filling the documents and preparing project documentation.

For convenience of our customers Kubanenergo opened one center and five offices for customers’ service and applications on the territory of Armaviskiy district, precisely in Novokubanskiy, Gulkevicehskiy, Caucasian, Otradnenskiy and Uspesnskiy districts.

One-stop-shop service used by the customers’ service centre means that the customers can get all they need, issues related to energy supply or with other energy companies, in just "one stop".
