When fulfilling the repair programme of 2013 specialists of Armavirskiye electric grids, branch of Kubanenergo, completed the repair of high-voltage equipment at 110kV “ZhBSh” substation in Gulkevichevskiy district.

The following equipment has been repaired: three disconnectors of 110kV, isolators and short circuitors of 110kV, seven oil circuit breakers, 10 substation integration modules, as well as bus bars with replacement of insulators on string of insulators. Also our specialists conducted maintenance works at high-frequency choke, coupling capacitor and power transformer of 10000kVA, three-phase double wound transformer of 40kVA. After all the repairs works were done the oil-filled equipment was tested and relay protection and automation devices were adjusted..

110kV “ZhBSh” substation was commissioned in 1965 and supplies with electric energy more than 10 plants of Gulkevichevskiy district, amongst which there are plant of concrete railway sleepers,   starch factory, and more than 5 thousand citizens of Krasnoselskiy village, Gulkevichevskiy district.

The repair of high-voltage equipment at substations is one main activity in the list of Repair Programme of Kubanenergo JSC. Efficient and timely performed works ensure successful operation of grid complex during peak loads at this season.
