Specialists of Kubanenergo started repair of largest energy facility of Tikhoretsk district
Branch of Kubanenergo JSC – Tikhoretskiye electric grids started maintenance works at substation of 110/10KV “Ternovskaya”
Some equipment is repaired, precisely disconnector, short-circuiting switch and transformer of 110kV, several circuit breakers of 10kV as well as chain link fence was set. It is planned to finish the work in April – by this time or specialists are to repair circuit breakers, fix equipment with mechanical lock, relay protection devices, fence the substation with wire “Yegoza” and test all equipment.
“Ternovskaya” substation was built in 1966 and is still source of energy supply to 7.5 thousand citizens of Ternovskaya and Novoromanovskaya villages, as well as socially important facilities such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, boiler stations and intake stations.
In general the repair programme 2013 in Tikhoretsk district includes the repair of 16 high-voltage substations. Specialists of Kubanenergo in Tikhoretsk district plan to conduct 9 overhauls and 7 maintenance works at substations of Tikhoretsk district, Pavlovskiy district, Krylovskoy, Belogkinskiy bad Novopokrovksiy districts of Krasnodar region.
The repair programme activities will increase reliability of substation equipment, reduce risk of technological breakdowns and increase safety and reliability of distribution grids, i.e. improve quality of energy supply to consumers.
