The workshop was held by the order of Management Board of Kubanenergo and organized with assistance of “Educational centre Kubanenergo” as a part of the educational programme for employees of the Company in 2013.
Andrey Shishakov, head of consulting group “NEO Centre”, an acknowledged expert and specialist in the sphere of consulting and professional services conducted the workshop.
Our managers get a lot of answered to the questions they were interested in: how to develop the sphere of risk-management in the Company, what is necessary for its introduction to corporate management systems, etc. By the end of the workshop the participants practiced in working out and presenting their models of Company development and discussed possible and typical situations of increase of risks in corporate management.
