Public joint stock company (Rosseti Kuban PJSC)  is the largest grid company of the Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea that transfers and distributes electricity through 110kV networks and lower.  

The grid system includes 11 electric grid companies (Krasnodarskiye, Sochinskiye, Armavirskiye, Adygeiskiye, Timashevskiye, Tikhoretskiye, Leningradskiye, Slavyanskiye, Labinskiye, Ust-Labinskiye, South-Western grids). The total length of transmission lines reaches 90 thousand km, service area – 83 thousand km and population of the region reaches 5.5 million people. 

The main goal of the Company is to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to all consumers in the Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea, as well as meet the growing demands of region’s economy in electricity. Kubanenrgo JSC is major taxpayer of the region. Participation of the company in social and economic life of the region is not limited by the taxes paid to the budget, the Company gives work prospects to companies from related industries. Thus, around 80% of contractor works are performed by local plants and companies.
